At The M.O.R.E. Cafe, differently-abled individuals are at the heart and center of our Cafe and Soap Workshop where their true abilities and capabilities are seen within their community.
Megan
Meet Megan! Megan is one of our most enthusiastic Cafe Team members. Megan is part of our Wednesday and Thursday morning Cafe Teams. Megan will communicate with you through her computerized device and can always be counted on to greet a customer when he/she comes in!
Alexa
Meet Alexa! Alexa is our early riser! She is part of our opening Cafe Teams on Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Alexa is gluten free and would recommend the Hollywood Square bakery treat to anyone else who is gluten free. They are made of two of her favorite things, peanut butter and chocolate. Alexa loves the Cleveland Monsters and would love to tell you about her favorite player when you stop in!
Quinn
Meet Quinn! Quinn is the newest member of our Cafe Team on Wednesday afternoons. Quinn comes to us having left the school umbrella recently and was looking for an opportunity to continue to have social contacts. Quinn brings with her each Wednesday a never ending smile!
Cayden
Meet Cayden! Cayden comes to us with a great sense of humor and a bit of a sarcastic personality that will have you leaving The M.O.R.E. Cafe laughing. Cayden is part of our Friday Cafe Team. He loves to play card games and often brings one with him to play. Ask him about Exploding Kittens. That seems to be a favorite.
Mitchell
Meet Mitchell, aka Tortoise! Mitchell is part of the Sunday Cafe Team and keeps us laughing when he works. Mitchell loves working the register and sharing a magic dime with the customers he rings out. Mitchell would recommend to you an apple fritter, not because they are one of the best in the area, but because they are the biggest donuts.
Jen
Meet Jen! Jen is part of our Wednesday and Saturday Cafe Teams and is known as our worker bee. Jen never sits still and is always looking for the next thing to do when she is working. Jen loves everything from packing the donuts to cleaning the windows. You will be greeted by Jen's infectious smile and giggly personality when you visit the shop.
Rachel
Meet Rachel! Rachel originally came to us for some job experience as she was finishing her high school experience. She has now become a staple on our Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday morning Cafe Team as well as in our soap workshop. Rachel is a Scooby-do fan and loves the color purple. She comes toThe M.O.R.E. Cafe with excitement to serve each of our customers. Your donuts will be packed with great enthusiasm when Rachel is working!
Kelly
Meet Kelly! Kelly holds the title of being the very first employee when The M.O.R.E. Cafe opened its' doors. Kelly is part of our Tuesday and Sunday Cafe Teams. She would recommend a chocolate cream stick to you, her favorite donut at The M.O.R.E. Cafe. Kelly has a passion for our officers in blue! She has one of the largest collections of toy police cars! When you stop in, I am sure she will have one in her pocket to show you!
Margaret
Meet Margaret! Margaret and her fun personality are part of our Tuesday morning and Thursday afternoon Cafe Teams. Margaret is our cash register ace on her shifts. She loves talking to the customers and finding out what you are going to have for dinner. When you visit the shop on a Margaret day don't be surprised if you are asked! She loves to "tease" you and tell you she is having a tire or shoelace :).
Kayla
Meet Kayla! Kayla is one of our chattiest employees who loves to talk with the customers and share things. She is also our leader who helps our new employees learn the parts of being a The M.O.R.E. Cafe Team member or soap creator. Kayla is part of our Wednesday afternoon and Friday morning Cafe Teams. She loves YouTube and would love to share with you her favorite YouTubers when you come in.
Katherine
Meet Katherine! Katherine loves being part of our Wednesday and Thursday afternoon Cafe Teams. Kathleen loves to make the panini sandwiches and won't disappoint you should you come in and order one. Katherine had previously worked at McDonald's, but finds The M.O.R.E. Cafe to be the perfect spot for her.
Tyler
Meet Tyler! Tyler is our opener on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings. Tyler comes to The M.O.R.E. Cafe with a lot of enthusiasm and bubbly personality. Call to place an order on a morning Tyler is working and you will be answered with his own original greeting on the phone, "Thank you for calling The M.O.R.E. Cafe where our donuts are the roundest".
Marin
Meet Marin! Marin is part of our Tuesday and Friday afternoon Cafe Teams. She comes to work with a never ending smile and a fun giggle. Marin loves Justin Beiber so don't be surprised if you hear him on the radio should you stop by on a day when Marin is in.
Laura
Meet Laura! Laura is part of our opening Cafe Team on Saturday morning. Laura comes to us from Chagrin Falls and loves to work. She plans to work till she dies :). Laura loves to greet the customers and serve the donuts. Don't be surprised if she asks you if you have a speed boat or a guitar when you come in. They are two of her favorite things.
Robin
Meet Robin! Robin joins her twin sister Rachel as part of our Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday morning Cafe Teams and soap workshop. Robin is a Spiderman fan and loves the color blue! She is one of our most enthusiast workers and has grown each week in all aspects of The M.O.R.E. Cafe!
Eve
Meet Eve! Eve comes to us from Kenston High School. Shel joins us on our Sunday morning shifts. Eve comes to work ready to help with anything needed. She greets every customer with a smile and eagerness to help. Eve originally joined us for some job experience and liked it so much she has stayed with us! She has grown into a leader for others.
Dee
Meet Dee! Dee comes to work with the biggest smile. She is part of our Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoon Cafe Teams. Dee loves running the register and is sure to tell you "Have Fun" as you are leaving the store. Dee is a huge fan of Jordan Smith, so don't be surprised if you hear him singing when she is working. When Dee is not at work, she loves texting on her cellphone with her friends.
Grace
Meet Grace! Grace is part of our Saturday Cafe Team! Grace loves anything chocolate and would recommend a chocolate cream stick to you! Grace always has a smile on her face and she loves to laugh and be silly!
Jake
Meet Jake Jake joins our Cafe Team on Sunday. Jake comes to work with a smile and full of enthusiasm. He has a love of music and you will hear one of his favorites playing should you stop in on a Sunday, "Gobble, Gooble".
Cole
Meet Cole! Cole joins our Friday Cafe Team. Cole uses an assisted communication device to communicate with our customers and will greet you with one of the biggest smiles! Cole loves working the drive thru and will send you on your way with a packed box of donuts and a big smile.
Cami
Meet Cami, one of the newest members of our Cafe Team. Cami comes to us eager to work and make friends. We are lucky to have her on our Saturday afternoon shifts. She has already proven to be a box making ace!
Halle
Meet Halle. Halle comes from James A. Garfield High School. Halle loves the musical Mama Mia and Beauty and the Beast. Halle is part of our Wednesday and Sunday Cafe Teams. If you ask her what donut to try, she would tell you a maple cream stick.
Cheryl
Meet Cheryl, the newest member of our Cafe Team. Cherly comes to us from CLW in Newbury and may just have the biggest smile and most positive attitude all the time. If you ask her what she likes, she will tell you "everything". If you ask her what makes her sad or mad, she will tell you "not much". Now that is a pretty positive person! Cheryl would recommend to you a chocolate cream stick if you asked her what the best donut is. Cheryl loves Disney movies. She is a huge Disney fan. Can you guess what she might be saving her tip money for? When you stop in, ask her!
Halle

Our Job Coaches are a valuable part of the The M.O.R.E. Cafe Teams. The role of a Job Coach is to support our employees in anyway needed for the employee's success on the job. We are blessed to partner with Hiram College to bring in Hiram College students as our Job Coaches. These students have an interest in working with Special Needs individuals in their future and are part of an internship program that the college offers.
